Gate attendance with any scanner
Phones reading QR codes, barcode or RFID readers and turnstiles send scans to one published interface, even in batches after going offline. A scan fills the daily roll only where a teacher has not marked it, with an optional late cutoff.

QR and RFID cards
Use the QR code on the school ID, RFID cards, or both. RFID cards are enrolled a section at a time from a list.

Learner ID cards
School-branded cards with photo, LRN, grade and section and the gate QR code, printed on CR80 cards or A4 sheets. Each print run is logged.

School clinic
Visits, medicines given and referrals, with a clinic-only health profile that alerts the nurse to allergies. Families see visits only if your school turns it on.

Guidance
Referrals, cases, counselling sessions and referrals out. Notes are read only by the assigned counsellors, every read is logged, and nothing is shown to families.

School library
Catalogue and circulation for learners and staff, with overdue notices. Fines stay off unless your school turns them on.

Questions schools ask
Do we need to buy a particular scanner?
No. Casita Eskwela publishes one interface that any scanner can send scans to: phones reading QR codes, barcode or RFID readers, or turnstiles. Your vendor connects each device with a key your staff register.
Who can read guidance records?
Only the counsellors assigned to a case read its notes, and every read is logged. Guidance records are never shown to families.
