This notice covers this marketing website only. The Casita Eskwela apps that schools and families use have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which every user accepts when they first sign in, and again whenever either changes.

What this website collects

• No scripts run on these pages.

• The site is served by Amazon Web Services, which receives each request (your IP address, the page and your browser type) and may keep it in server logs for security and operations.

Your rights under the Data Privacy Act

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed about how your personal information is processed, to object to it, to access it, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to receive it in a portable format, and to be compensated for damages caused by inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised use of it.
