Phones reading QR codes, barcode or RFID readers and turnstiles send scans to one published interface, even in batches after going offline. A scan fills the daily roll only where a teacher has not marked it, with an optional late cutoff.

Which features can our school use today?
Everything marked Available now is in the product today. Some, such as gate attendance and the clinic family view, are switched on per school when you ask for them.
When will the features marked Coming in 2027 arrive?
They are on our plan for 2027, and the order follows what schools need. Dates can move, so ask us where each one stands when we talk.
What is an add-on?
An add-on is offered per school and agreed in your written proposal. Skills programs, homeschool, ALS, live classes inside Casita Eskwela and the payroll link are add-ons.
About AI in Casita Eskwela
AI is optional for each school and off until your school asks for it. It drafts and suggests; a person reads, edits and decides. Names, LRNs, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses from your records are replaced before anything is sent, requests may be processed by AWS outside the Philippines, and the content is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
